2. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf that is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure stability and security (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, page/file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL).
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional provision of this website).
Where required, a data processing agreement exists pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Server Log Files
For technical reasons, data is processed in server log files with each access to this website. The processing is carried out to ensure technical operation, error analysis, and defense against attacks.
4. Contact via Email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g., email address, message content) to handle your inquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries), depending on the content of the inquiry.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and there are no legal retention obligations.
5. Newsletter (Brevo) / Embedded Registration Form
a) Integration of the Form (iFrame)
On this website, you can subscribe to our newsletter. Registration is done via an embedded registration form (iFrame) from the service provider Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).
When you access the page on which the form is embedded, the form is loaded from Brevo. For technical reasons, data is transmitted to Brevo (in particular IP address, device/browser information, and time of access) to provide and deliver the form.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional newsletter registration).
b) Newsletter Registration and Distribution
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address (and any other voluntary information) to send the newsletter.
Registration is typically done through a double opt-in process. To prove consent, the registration and confirmation time as well as technical log data (e.g., IP address) may be stored.
Mailing Service Provider / Data Processing
We use Brevo for sending and managing the newsletter. Brevo processes the data as a data processor; a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) exists or can be viewed in the Brevo documents/account.
The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g., via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email to .
Storage Duration: The data is stored for the duration of the subscription and deleted after unsubscription, unless there are legal retention obligations.
Tracking (optional): If we use opening and/or click tracking in the newsletter, Brevo uses tracking pixels and tracking links to evaluate interactions (e.g., opens/clicks). This is only done based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and can be anonymized depending on the settings.
6. Recipients of Data
Personal data is only shared if this is necessary to provide this website or the newsletter (e.g., hosting/newsletter service providers) or if we are legally obliged to do so.
